My personal philosophy is listening to what parents have to say first. Before providing information, support, or feedback to parents I like to hear what they know, want, and need because that will be the basis for my support and services. My focus has always been on nurturing people and supporting others’ journeys with current evidence-based information, whole-body health, and wellness.
